What does the limited watch warranty cover?

Most watch warranties, regardless of brands, generally only cover manufacturing defects to the following components: watch movement, dial, and hands. For brands where warranty is covered by My Gift Stop, we will cover everything that is covered by the respective manufacturers' warranties.

What does the limited watch warranty NOT cover?

Warranty does NOT cover any "external defects" including, but not limited to, battery, crystal or glass, strap or bracelet, buckle or clasp, crown/stem, case, plating, or any other physical damage to the watch. The warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear. It does NOT cover any water related damage unless the watch has a screw down case back and a screw down crown and pushers with a water resistance rating of 200 meters.

Unless authorized, having your watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from My Gift Stop, and usually voids the warranty from manufacturers too. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

In the event that we are unable to repair or replace a watch under the warranty program, a store credit equal to the original purchase price will be issued.

Sunglasses Warranty

My Gift Stop offers a 1 year limited warranty on all sunglasses we sell. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects and does NOT cover damages caused by user, scratch on lenses, abuse, modifications, improper use or storage, and normal wear and tear.

Zippo Lighter Warranty

All Zippo lighters we sell comes with Zippo's lifetime limited warranty.
