Watch arrived a day early, a very nice suprise. The watch was as advertised, brand new with all packaging. Like my other Luminox watches, it keeps perfect time and feels like it can handle anything I can put it through.
I have worn Luminox Navy Seals watches for 30 + years and this is the first Commando watch I've purchased. I gave the Commando watch 3 stars because I have observed that the Tritrium inlaid numbers on the face of the watch illuminate brightly only on the numbers 12, 3, 6 and 9. The other numbers are feint, and not very bright.
The lack of brightness is a disappointment due to not fulfilling the primary reason why I purchase Luminox; I need to see the all the Tritrium numbers on the face of the watch, at night.
Also, the watch compass mechanism and how it operates is not defined. There were no instructions contained in the box which explains the operation of the watch compass.
This is my first Luminox with GMT complication. I like the overall look of the watch and the rubber deployment strap with quick release pins if you want to change the strap. Although this model doesn’t have tritium tubes on every hour marker, it’s still adequate for seeing the time. A great watch at a great price and quick delivery.
The Luminox Commando Raider has been great so far! The beige dial is easy to read, and the black strap feels comfortable. It’s durable, looks sharp, and has kept perfect time over the past week. A solid choice for any occasion.
Loving my Luminox 3321! The black carbonox case and beige dial make it a standout piece. Swiss quartz movement ensures accuracy. The GMT and compass features are useful for my adventures. Comfortable rubber strap and excellent water resistance make it a reliable daily companion. Highly satisfied!
