This watch has a fixed bezel and textured function pushers. Casio BGA230-7B is equipped with a white resin strap. Securing the strap is a pin buckle clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is analog and digital white and it features conservatively sized, Arabic numeral and index hour markers and white accents silver tone luminous sword shaped skeleton hands for superior readability. Casio BGA230-7B also carries a 12/24-hour time, day-date, month and year display functions. This model has a mineral crystal for scratch resistance. Powering this superb timepiece is a quartz mechanism. The water resistance stands at 100 meters.

This attractive watch also features shock resistant, LED backlight, world time 29 time zones (27 cities + UTC), daylight saving on/off, 5 daily alarms (with 1 snooze alarm), hourly time signal, 1/100 second stopwatch measuring capacity: 59'59.59" measuring modes: elapsed time, split time, 1st-2nd place times, countdown timer measuring unit: 1 second countdown range: 60 minutes countdown start time setting range: 1 minute to 60 minutes (1-minute increments), full auto calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2099), 12/24 hour formats button operation tone on/off, accuracy: +/- 30 seconds per month, battery: SR726SW x 2 approximate battery life: 2 years.
