This watch has a fixed bezel and a textured push/pull main crown. Fossil CE1134 is equipped with a blue ceramic and rose gold ion plated stainless steel bracelet. Securing the bracelet is a fold over push button clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is blue and it features conservatively sized, Roman numeral hour markers and rose gold tone luminous leaf shaped hands for superior legibility. Fossil CE1134 also features a date display window. This timepiece has a mineral crystal for scratch resistance. Driving this superb watch is quartz mechanism.
