This watch has a unidirectional rotating black bezel and a textured push/pull main crown with function pushers. Citizen JY8149-05E is equipped with a white stitched black genuine leather strap. Securing the strap is a pin buckle clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is black and grey analog-digital and it features conservatively sized, index and Arabic numeral hour markers and white accents silver tone luminous pencil shaped skeleton hands for optimum readability. Citizen JY8149-05E also features a synchronized to atomic clock for superior accuracy, atomic timekeeping technology with synchronized time adjustment available in 43 world cities, 1/100-second chronograph measures up to 24 hours, perpetual calendar, dual time (second time zone), 2 alarms, 99-minute countdown timer, digital backlight display, coordinated universal time (UTC) display, power reserve indicator. This watch has a anti-reflective sapphire crystal for scratch resistance. Running this fine model is Japanese made U680 Eco-Drive chronograph movement. The water resistance comes in at 200 meters. The Citizen JY8149-05E watch is brand new in its original packaging and is backed by a 5 year manufacturer's limited warranty.
