This watch has a fixed bezel and a textured push/pull main crown with function pushers. Citizen CA4590-81L is equipped with a silver stainless steel bracelet. Securing the bracelet is a fold over push button clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is blue and it features conservatively sized, index hour markers and white accents silver tone luminous pencil shaped hands for exceptional legibility. Citizen CA4590-81L also features a chronograph, 12/24-hour time and date display window. This timepiece has a mineral crystal for scratch resistance. Governing this superb model is Eco-Drive movement. The water resistance is rated at 100 meters.
