This watch has a fixed bezel and a textured push/pull main crown with function pushers. Casio MCW-200H-2AV is fitted with a black rubber strap. Securing the strap is a pin buckle clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is blue and black analog-digital and it features tasteful sized, index hour markers for optimum legibility. Casio MCW-200H-2AV also features a retrograde chronograph with a 1-second stopwatch measuring up to 9 minutes and 59 seconds, approximately 3 years of operation on a single sr920sw battery, reducing the need for frequent replacements, date display functions . This timepiece has a mineral crystal for scratch resistance. Driving this fine watch is quartz mechanism. The water resistance comes in at 100 meters.
