This watch has a unidirectional rotating white accented black bezel and a textured screw down main crown. Bulova 98B417 is equipped with a black silicone rubber strap. Securing the strap is a pin buckle clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is black and it features large sized, index hour markers and white accents black luminous pencil shaped hands for optimum legibility. Bulova 98B417 also features a 12/24-hour time and date display functions. This timepiece has a mineral crystal for scratch resistance. Governing this fine model is quartz movement. The water resistance comes in at 300 meters. The Bulova 98B417 watch is brand new in its original packaging and is backed by a 3 years manufacturer's limited warranty.
