This model is made in dimensions of 46mm across and 12mm high. This watch has a fixed bezel and a textured push/pull main crown. Bulova 98D149 is fitted with a two tone grey and rose gold ion plated stainless steel bracelet. Securing the bracelet is a fold over push button safety lock clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is black carbon fiber and grey and it features tasteful sized, 11 diamonds accented index hour markers and white accents rose gold tone luminous pencil shaped hands for superior readability. Bulova 98D149 also features a 12/24-hour time and date display window. This model has a mineral crystal for scratch resistance. Powering this superb timepiece is high performance 262 kHz accuracy quartz movement. The water resistance stands at 300 meters.
